Dr. Mahtab Raji Lahiji

My medical journey began at Guilan University of Medical Sciences in Iran, where I completed my General Practitioner training and graduated in 2022. Now living in the Greater Toronto Area, I have devoted myself to building a strong foundation in clinical medicine and research. I am actively pursuing residency in Canada through the CaRMS process as I work to refine my skills and fully integrate into the Canadian health care system.

I am deeply passionate about patient centered care and dedicated to offering respectful, evidence based support to individuals and families. Joining Dr Health Medical Clinic as a clinical assistant in February 2025 has been a pivotal step in my career. In this role, I have the opportunity to support our physicians and contribute to the quality of care provided to our diverse community. I value lifelong learning, professional integrity, and compassionate communication, and I strive to be a proactive health advocate in every interaction.

Each day, I work to merge the insights from my academic background with practical clinical experience, ensuring that I contribute effectively to a high standard of care as I continue my journey within the Canadian healthcare system.
