Dr. Hamed Tashakkori-Nia

I began my medical journey at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, where I graduated in 1992. Initially working as a General Practitioner allowed me to cultivate a patient-focused approach, which I carried forward when I specialized in Otolaryngology and Neurotology. During my years as an ENT surgeon, I also performed plastic surgeries, refining my surgical skills and broadening my clinical perspective.

In 2013, I moved to Canada and immersed myself in a period of rigorous retraining to meet the standards of the Canadian healthcare system. In 2018, I was accepted into Saskatchewan’s PRA Program, and for three years, I practiced as a Family Physician, further diversifying my experience in primary care.

My vision of creating a clinic that prioritizes holistic, individualized care led me to establish Dr. Health Medical Clinic in Newmarket in February 2022 where I practice as family physician in primary care and aesthetic medicine.

Through every stage of my career, I’ve remained dedicated to ensuring that my patients feel truly cared for and confident in their treatment. I tailor each plan to meet individual needs and believe in fostering an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported on their path to better health.
